Job Description
The Scientist QPP role at Cytel focuses on the execution and delivery of high-quality pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses for clinical trials. Key Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and understand clinical study protocols and Cytel work request documents
- Prepare and review Pharmacokinetic Analysis Plans (PKAP) aligned with study protocols
- Perform data cleaning, data integration, and dataset preparation activities
- Conduct PK and PK/PD analysis using Phoenix WinNonlin® version 8.1 or higher
- Plan and execute pharmacokinetic assignments while ensuring quality and timelines
- Develop Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) and summary reports for regulatory submissions
- Perform QC and QA checks on PK deliverables as per client and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to resolve data queries and review comments
- Collaborate with statisticians, SAS® programmers, and medical writers
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 17799, and internal SOPs
