Role Overview
Tigermed India is inviting applications for the role of Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and validating statistical datasets, creating tables, listings, and figures (TLFs), and ensuring the highest level of data accuracy and compliance. This position also involves mentoring junior programmers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including statisticians, data managers, and clinical operations professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain clinical trial datasets following CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards.
- Generate statistical outputs, including tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical studies.
- Review and interpret Case Report Forms (CRFs), Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and dataset specifications.
- Lead and mentor programming teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex programming and data integration issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, Tigermed SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with statisticians and other cross-functional teams to support project goals.
- Support onboarding and technical training for new programmers.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in clinical statistical programming within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong expertise in SAS programming and CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
- Proven experience in generating TLFs for clinical trials.
- Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, data flow, and regulatory submissions.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Experience in oncology, immunology, or neurology therapeutic areas will be an advantage.
- Note: Freshers are not eligible for this position.
