The CRA will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing clinical trial activities for assigned sites from start-up through close-out, ensuring subject safety, data integrity, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities from site initiation to close-out
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits as per protocol and monitoring plans
- Perform risk-based monitoring activities, including SDV and SDR
- Review and manage clinical trial data using EDC, CTMS, IWRS, and eTMF systems
- Ensure trial conduct complies with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations
- Maintain audit readiness and support site audits and regulatory inspections
- Prepare and submit accurate monitoring visit reports and follow-up letters
- Track country-level metrics and proactively resolve site-level issues
- Communicate regularly with investigators and site staff regarding study status
- Support development and implementation of CAPAs
- Mentor and support junior CRA team members when required
- Travel to clinical sites as per monitoring plan requirements
- Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reports on time

Educational Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, or BSc in Life Sciences or related disciplines
Experience Requirements

- Experience working in an FSP model is preferred but not mandatory
- Valid driverโs license where applicable
