Job Description
The Clinical Data Management professional will manage end-to-end data management activities with minimal guidance, ensuring delivery of high-quality data within timelines and budget. The role includes leadership responsibilities such as project planning, execution, close-out, financial overview, stakeholder communication, and milestone management.
You will act as a Data Team Lead (DTL), providing subject-matter expertise to the data management team and ensuring compliance with SOPs, sponsor requirements, and regulatory standards.

Study Setup & Project Execution
- Gather study setup requirements through discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Support validation and oversight of new device integrations
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards defined in contracts and SOWs
Data Quality & Oversight
- Perform and oversee regular data cleaning activities
- Ensure clean, high-quality, and timely data delivery to sponsors
- Provide expert review and ensure data management outputs meet customer expectations
Leadership & Collaboration
- Perform the role of Data Team Lead (DTL)
- Lead internal study meetings, sponsor meetings, and study kick-off meetings
- Support training and mentoring of new team members
- Collaborate closely with programming teams for automation and process innovation
Project & Risk Management
- Track and manage study progress
- Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support and oversee implementation of new technologies or database revisions
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with required trainings and eSOPs
- Contribute to development, review, and maintenance of SOPs and working instructions
- Maintain effective and collaborative communication with line managers and cross-functional teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager

Skills / Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field
- 3–4 years of direct Clinical Data Management experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CDM Project Lead (preferred)
- Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
- Fluency in spoken English and advanced written English
