The Clinical Data Associate will provide hands-on data entry support using Clinical Data Management systems and assist Clinical Data Managers (CDMs) with database activities, data cleaning, query management, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of clinical trial data using validated Clinical Data Management systems
- Support the review and management of data queries to be raised with sponsor companies and clinical monitoring staff
- Track Case Report Form (CRF) pages received, entered, and verified within clinical databases
- Maintain logs for data queries sent, received, and resolved to ensure data completeness and traceability
- Assist Clinical Data Managers with database testing activities, including edit check and user acceptance testing
- Support data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation activities for clinical trial databases
- Assist in reconciliation of external data sources such as laboratory, ECG, and vendor data
- Collaborate closely with lead CDMs to ensure timely project deliverables
- Support preparation of data listings, reports, and outputs required during the course of the study
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable data management standards
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support study timelines

Educational Qualifications
- Graduate degree in a clinical, life sciences, or health-related field

Experience Requirements

- Experience within clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, CROs, or related fields is desirable
