Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating site budget templates for multi-country clinical studies
- Support budget revisions during protocol amendments under supervision of the budget manager
- Maintain and update budget comparison files for standard and invoiceable items across study sites
- Contribute to financial forecasting activities by providing accurate budget data to project teams
- Manage licensing agreement processes related to clinical trial tools and outcome questionnaires
- Coordinate translation of study-related materials as required by project teams
- Handle tasks related to Healthcare Professional (HCP) agreements, including documentation and processing
- Upload and manage contract-related documents in internal systems such as GPAS
- Support fair market value (FMV) assessments for HCP engagements
- Facilitate agreement routing and ensure timely completion of approval workflows
- Manage routine contract amendments such as investigator changes or site detail updates

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Commerce, Finance, or related field

Experience:
- 2โ3 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, CRO, or medical device industry
