Key Responsibilities

- Engage regularly with customers such as research administrators, academic leaders, and analysts to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals.
- Identify key opportunities for improvement and innovation by analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
- Translate complex needs into actionable insights that guide product strategy and feature development.
Product Strategy and Roadmapping
- Develop and execute a clear product roadmap that aligns with Clarivate’s long-term goals and vision for the InCites platform.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define priorities, product milestones, and success metrics.
- Manage product features, enhancements, and technical improvements to meet evolving customer and market needs.
