Key Responsibilities

- Support commercial contracting processes, addressing inquiries and managing edits.
- Review NDAs, Work Orders, and Change Orders for compliance with company policies.
- Advise internal stakeholders on deviations from standard contracts and risk implications.
- Draft, finalize, and coordinate agreements across multiple internal teams.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, approvals, and documentation in CRM systems.
- Conduct peer reviews for junior team members’ deliverables.
- Organize and maintain contract files for quality control and activation.
- Assist in negotiations for MSAs, DPAs, and SLAs as needed.
- Provide contract-related support to Business Development.
- Participate in audits, cross-functional projects, and manage DocuSign uploads.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; equivalent contracting experience also considered.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of commercial contracting experience (preferably in pharma or CRO).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of complex and non-standard agreements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential).
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and risk management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-task environments.
