Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist, Pharmacovigilance (PMO) at Cencora, you will be responsible for: Cencora Hiring Senior Specialist / Pharmacovigilance
- Providing program management support in large-scale outsourcing programs.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and preparing project control and reporting activities, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Informing the Program Manager of potential budget discrepancies or risks.
- Supporting tracking and reporting of defined performance targets (KPIs).
- Managing time tracking and accounting systems (PLx) — including initiating controls, closing, opening, and rebooking work packages.
- Maintaining program-related projects in PLx systems from an operational perspective.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of internal and external resources.
- Preparing regular checkpoint presentations and keeping reporting results transparent to the Program Manager.
- Assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements to ensure timely customer invoicing.
- Ensuring that project staff receive appropriate training, resources, and support for optimal performance.
- Contributing to process improvement and standardization across PMO functions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Professional degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Economics.
- Strong service orientation and client understanding.
- High affinity for complex business and project processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and drive change management initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel), ERP systems, and project management databases.
- Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent team collaboration and leadership capabilities.
