Available Positions and Responsibilities
1. Technical Assistant / Operator (Ampoule Filling)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ampoule filling and sealing machines efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs.
- Monitor batch operations to maintain production quality and yield.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations immediately.
- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to achieve daily targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Experience: 2–6 years in pharmaceutical parenteral production, preferably in ampoule filling.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ampoule filling operations, GMP, safety procedures, and troubleshooting equipment.
2. Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (QMS)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) activities for the parenteral plant.
- Ensure implementation of SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits, CAPA follow-ups, and documentation review.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive process improvement.
- Train and mentor production teams on quality assurance and documentation practices.
