Role Overview
The Data Analyst I will play a critical role in the Human Resources (HR) Data & Analytics team, focusing on developing data-driven insights to support HR stakeholders and business leaders.
This role involves designing dashboards, managing complex datasets, conducting data analysis, and developing business intelligence (BI) reports that help drive strategic decisions across the organization. The Data Analyst will also work with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to implement analytical models and develop KPIs that measure performance and optimize HR functions. 1. Data Analytics and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting systems, dashboards, and BI solutions for HR and business stakeholders.
