Position: Clinical Trial Manager (CTM)
As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will oversee end-to-end clinical study operations at the country level. This includes ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence while coordinating with global and local teams. Bristol Myers Squibb Hiring for Clinical Trial Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for country-level study operations and coordination.
- Plan and manage country and site feasibility studies and ensure alignment with leadership targets.
- Oversee study start-up activities, including vendor setup and document validation.
- Manage patient recruitment strategies and ensure enrollment milestones are achieved.
- Lead issue resolution, risk management, and escalation of critical challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in CTMS, eDC, and eTMF systems.
- Prepare and review essential study documents such as Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and patient materials.
- Support site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Ensure inspection readiness and handle audit CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate Health Authority and Ethics Committee submissions.
- Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and country-specific regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in clinical trial management or related industry experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and local regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make independent decisions.
- Experience with CTMS, eDC, and eTMF systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Travel Requirement
- Occasional local travel (<1 month per quarter).
