Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Evidence Synthesis & Medical Writing professional include: Axtria Hiring Evidence Synthesis / Medical Writing Professionals
- Conduct Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) and Targeted Literature Reviews (TLR).
- Develop value dossiers such as Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), AMCP dossiers, and scientific publications including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
- Perform quality control (QC) and proofreading of scientific documents.
- Analyze and interpret clinical, epidemiological, and economic data for evidence synthesis.
- Manage project timelines, maintain deliverable quality, and meet client requirements.
- Support client relationships and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Assist in market access documentation and global Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements:

| Software Skills | Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills |
| Knowledge | Economic evaluation techniques, RWE studies, health economic modeling |
| Soft Skills | Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities |
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with meta-analyses and network meta-analyses.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools for literature analysis or writing.
- Medical writing certification or a record of publications.
- Strong analytical thinking, time management, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
