About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Specialist (TMF) at Astellas, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clinical trial setup, conduct, and closure across global programs.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned clinical trials.
- Maintain and update trial documentation and tracking systems to ensure audit readiness.
- Assist with Trial Master File (TMF) setup, maintenance, and reconciliation throughout the study lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage vendor documentation and site communication logs.
- Support study start-up activities, including regulatory submissions and investigator onboarding.
- Participate in site feasibility assessments and assist with study budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Astellas SOPs, and local regulatory requirements.
- Document and circulate minutes from Clinical Trial Team meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to clinical documentation and trial management.

🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trial operations within pharmaceuticals, CROs, or biotech organizations.
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and trial management systems (TMS/TMF).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical database tools.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree such as M.Pharm, M.Sc, or Pharm.D.
- Experience in vendor coordination, TMF management, or CRO collaboration.
- Knowledge of global drug development and regulatory compliance processes.
