Job Description
The Associate โ Evidence Synthesis (COA) role supports Sanofiโs Global COA team in incorporating the patient perspective into clinical research. The role focuses on evidence generation, COA instrument selection and validation, disease understanding, and regulatory support. Associate Evidence Synthesis Job in Hyderabad
The Hyderabad-based COA evidence generation team works closely with Patient-Informed Development & Health Value Translation (PID & HVT) to support strategic decision-making across Sanofiโs global R&D portfolio. Associate Evidence Synthesis Job in Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
Evidence Generation & Scientific Support
- Execute assigned evidence synthesis projects including literature search strategy development, screening, and data extraction
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of disease areas and treatment paradigms through primary and secondary research
- Support gap analyses, psychometric validation, statistical analyses, and implementation of COA instruments
- Contribute to development, validation, and dissemination of new COA tools
- Support preparation of regulatory briefing books, dossiers, reports, and scientific publications
Strategy & Value Contribution
- Support optimized COA endpoint strategies aligned with Best-in-Class and First-in-Class product development
- Contribute to patient-centric Target Value Propositions and outcomes-based value messaging
- Identify opportunities to innovate COA evidence generation and dissemination approaches
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with global COA leads and cross-functional teams across time zones
- Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and External Affairs teams
- Support development of customized deliverables aligned with global and local evidence needs
Process & Compliance
- Contribute to development of COA evidence generation processes, templates, and standards
- Ensure adherence to FDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines
- Maintain quality and compliance across all evidence generation activities

Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Clinical Outcome Assessment science
- Hands-on experience in COA data analysis, validation, or endpoint strategy

- Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data synthesis
- Ability to translate COA insights into evidence strategies and value narratives
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations for COA submissions
