Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent laboratory experiments and monitor reactions under minimal supervision.
  • Apply strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms, named reactions, and spectroscopy (Proton NMR, Carbon NMR, Mass).
  • Plan and perform process validation experiments and prepare batch development reports.
  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure adherence to company quality standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation of experimental data, reports, and online records.
  • Conduct impurity profiling, in-process control, and reaction monitoring with high precision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.

Educational Qualification

  • M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university or institution.
