Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Affiliate Mailbox and perform reconciliation of safety reports in accordance with defined processes.
- Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and ICSR processing as per client-specific and global regulatory requirements.
- Process both serious and non-serious adverse event cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper documentation, submission, and follow-up of ICSR cases in compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.
- Work independently on defined tasks while collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Solve operational and routine issues based on established guidelines and procedures.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by project timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
