Job Overview
Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical is seeking skilled and passionate candidates for the position of Pharmacovigilance Services Associate in Bengaluru. This role is part of Accenture’s Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance division, which supports global biopharma companies in managing safety data, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives.
The position involves handling Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), MedDRA coding, and adverse event case processing while ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and client guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile safety reports in line with defined pharmacovigilance processes.
- Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, ICSR case processing, and follow-ups in the safety database.
- Process both serious and non-serious adverse event reports according to global regulatory standards.
- Support case submissions and documentation in compliance with pharmacovigilance procedures and audit requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues by applying general guidelines and precedents.
- Collaborate with the internal team and direct supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Work in rotational shifts as required by project timelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
