About the Role – Clinical Data Services Analyst

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Services Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Clinical eTMF Management:
- Oversee the organization, review, and maintenance of clinical trial documentation within the eTMF system.
- Conduct data and document accuracy checks, ensuring compliance with sponsor and regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely availability of clinical documents for audits and inspections.
- Document Quality and Compliance:
- Perform format checks of documents to ensure eCTD compliance (Electronic Common Technical Document).
- Validate document formatting, including PDF properties, hyperlinks, bookmarks, and metadata compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) across all clinical documentation processes.
- Clinical Data Management Activities:
- Support collection, integration, and validation of clinical data from multiple sources.
- Conduct discrepancy reviews, generate queries, and ensure resolution within timelines.
- Prepare and maintain CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE reconciliation documents.
- Identify and raise protocol deviations, and contribute to edit check validation processes.
- Quality and Process Control:
- Conduct quality control (QC) reviews of eTMF content and ensure all essential documents are properly indexed.
- Participate in end-of-trial document reconciliation and support CSR (Clinical Study Report) appendices compilation.
- Maintain strong documentation standards in accordance with ICH-GCP, GxP, and SOPs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with data managers, regulatory teams, and clinical operations professionals to ensure smooth information flow.
- Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders, maintaining accuracy and consistency in project deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to process enhancements and automation initiatives within eTMF management.
- Support the team with audit readiness and participate in internal/external inspections when required.
