- Find correct decision-makers (Head R&D, Procurement Head, Project Managers) using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites
- Cold call and send personalized emails/LinkedIn messages
- Pitch AAL’s services (Preclinical CRO, Bio-analytics, Custom Synthesis, DMPK, Toxicology)
- Fix meetings/webex meetings for the senior sales team
- Update and maintain CRM (Zoho/Salesforce) with accurate lead status
- Achieve monthly lead generation and qualified meeting targets
- Coordinate with technical team to create scientifically accurate pitches
