Job Overview
The Scientific Writer at Sanofi will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing scientific content across a range of therapeutic areas. Main Responsibilities
1. People Management and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the medical and scientific community within your assigned business unit or product area.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to other writers within the team by sharing best practices, domain expertise, and writing techniques.

2. Performance and Quality Deliverables
- Develop and deliver high-quality publication materials such as abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and slide decks within agreed timelines.

- Implement elements of the annual publication plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.

- Continuously improve content creation workflows by incorporating end-user feedback and innovative communication strategies.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with regional scientific communication teams to identify publication needs and develop relevant content.
- Liaise with Product Managers, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Medical Affairs departments to create tailored educational materials.

About You – Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in scientific writing, publication development, or medical content creation within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic research sectors.
- Experience in content creation, publication submission, or project management is highly desirable.
Education
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline (e.g., MSc, MPharm, PhD, or MBBS).
Technical Skills
