Key Responsibilities
As an Associate in the GCS team, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Global Clinical Solutions (GCS) services to ensure high-quality delivery of centralized clinical operations.
- Maintaining, checking, and processing clinical data accurately to meet deadlines and organizational standards.
- Assisting with life cycle management and business continuity for operational processes, systems, tools, and documentation.
- Preparing and updating training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Providing support to user communities and stakeholders by conducting process/system activities and preparing communication materials.
- Contributing to business cases and improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participating in change management initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Working collaboratively with teams across functions to promote consistent ways of working and best practices within AstraZeneca.

- A Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate level) in any relevant discipline.

- Knowledge of drug development processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
