Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Data Management Study Lead in developing eCRFs, Data Validation Specifications, and Study-Specific Procedures.
- Review clinical and third-party data based on data review plans and edit checks.
- Identify and issue queries to investigational sites to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Data Scientists and Project Managers.
- Ensure adherence to study timelines by supporting data entry, document archiving, and query resolution.
- Maintain high data quality standards by following ICON’s SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the filing and documentation of data management materials in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare field.
- Basic understanding of clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
- Familiarity with data systems such as Medidata, Oracle RDC, or other EDC tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
