Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at Biosite India, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and study protocols.
- Conducting site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits as per study requirements.
- Performing source data verification (SDV) and ensuring accuracy and completeness of clinical data.
- Coordinating with investigators, ethics committees, site coordinators, and the project management team.
- Managing essential study documents and ensuring proper maintenance of Trial Master Files (TMF).
- Supporting study start-up activities, feasibility assessments, and document submissions.
- Identifying and resolving site-level issues to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials.
- Ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the study lifecycle.

Educational Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research.

- Sound knowledge of clinical trial protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
