Job Description – Junior Technical Support Engineer (Bioinformatics)
The Junior Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical assistance related to genomics software, data pipelines, and computational biology tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for genomic data analysis, NGS pipelines, and bioinformatics tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software and systems in Linux and scripting environments.
- Maintain and track customer queries using standard ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
