Key Responsibilities
- Conduct independent laboratory experiments and monitor reactions under minimal supervision.
- Apply strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms, named reactions, and spectroscopy (Proton NMR, Carbon NMR, Mass).
- Plan and perform process validation experiments and prepare batch development reports.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of experimental data, reports, and online records.
- Conduct impurity profiling, in-process control, and reaction monitoring with high precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.

Educational Qualification
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university or institution.
Experience Required
