Key Responsibilities
As part of the Business Development – Late Phase team at Cliantha Research, you will:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and qualify new business leads within the clinical research and late-phase studies segment.
- Research and target potential clients across domestic and international markets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients.
- Understand client requirements and align Cliantha’s service offerings accordingly.
- Strategic Business Development
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to proposal development and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical capabilities with market demands.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market intelligence to identify new opportunities, trends, and competition.
- Provide insights for business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Operational Coordination
- Work closely with project management, technical, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of late-phase clinical studies, market access, and research services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
