Key Responsibilities

- Processing case files and maintaining detailed documentation according to Alcon’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with affiliate offices and global teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of safety data.
- Performing initial and follow-up assessments for adverse event reports and product complaints.
- Managing communication with Manufacturing Quality Assurance (QA) teams and responding to regulatory authority inquiries.
- Launching and managing quality investigation records for safety-related cases.
- Ensuring timely and compliant regulatory submissions in accordance with local and international safety reporting standards.
- Participating in safety audits, reconciliation activities, and quality review meetings.
- Identifying, evaluating, and escalating potential product safety issues to relevant departments.
- Supporting continuous improvement in complaint handling and vigilance systems.

Educational Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, Optometry, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Candidates with postgraduate qualifications or relevant healthcare background will be preferred.
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences.
