Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting bioanalytical method development, validation, and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) studies using advanced LC/MS/MS technology. The role demands attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and a strong foundation in analytical chemistry or life sciences. Key Responsibilities
- Follow Study Plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with GLP guidelines.
- Record and maintain accurate raw data and laboratory documentation.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate LC/MS/MS instruments and related analytical systems.
- Perform method development, method validation, and sample analysis for non-clinical studies.
- Prepare Analytical Test Procedures (ATP), method SOPs, and GLP study templates.
- Maintain calibration records for pipettes and analytical instruments assigned to the group.
- Prepare method validation and bioanalytical study reports in coordination with the Study Director.
- Handle deviation documentation, QA observations, and ensure compliance with GLP principles.
- Support documentation for regulatory submissions and innovative research projects.

Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

- Understanding of GLP, data integrity, and laboratory documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
