About the Role – Sr IPT Project Coordinator
The Sr IPT Project Coordinator will be part of IQVIA’s Integrated Processes and Technologies (IPT) team, which focuses on delivering cross-functional business solutions. This role involves supporting projects, assisting teams, managing documentation, and ensuring quality standards are maintained across all initiatives.
The position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities

- Providing technical and project-related support to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Offering Level 1 application support for both regional and global business systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across IT and operations to meet project goals.
- Identifying and reporting quality issues and assisting in corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation activities.
- Developing, maintaining, and reviewing standard documentation, system guides, and SOPs.
- Supporting data collection, project updates, and user enhancement requests.
- Ensuring all work aligns with company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Assisting in the creation of system interfaces and process maps.
- Engaging actively in change initiatives and promoting continuous improvement.
- Coordinating with IT infrastructure, application development, and product support teams to restore services and resolve issues effectively.
Required Skills and Abilities

- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow or Siebel CTMS (preferred but not mandatory).

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to work, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include:
- Healthcare or Pharmacy
- Clinical or Biological Sciences
- Mathematical Sciences
- Business Administration or related disciplines
