Key Responsibilities
As an apprentice at OneSource, you will be trained and involved in various core activities, including: Freshers Hiring for Manufacturing / Engineering
- Assisting in Drug Product (DP) Manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Supporting engineering and project activities, such as equipment installation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive productivity and process improvements.
- Participating in structured training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
For DP Manufacturing:
- B.Pharm or B.Sc (Life Sciences/Chemistry or related field) – 2024 or 2025 graduates.
For Engineering & Projects:
- B.E in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering – 2024 or 2025 graduates.
Other Requirements:
- Must have a Provisional Certificate (mandatory) and either a Degree Certificate or all semester mark sheets.
- Freshers only — Candidates previously covered under ESI or PF are not eligible.
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
