Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an R&D ADL Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical products
- Conduct stability studies and routine analytical testing
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, and documentation
- Operate and handle instruments such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, and dissolution apparatus
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for regulatory inspections
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Pharm
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Experience in method development and validation is required
Skills Required
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analytical method validation
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV, and dissolution instruments
- Understanding of stability studies and analytical testing
- Familiarity with ICH guidelines, GMP, and GLP
