Key Roles & Responsibilities
Production – Formulation
- Perform pellet coating using Wurster systems (Glatt, SCADA-based systems)
- Execute granulation processes using equipment like GEA and Glatt
- Handle compression machines such as KORSCH, SEJONG, and CADMACH
- Manage coating operations and liquid manufacturing processes
- Operate sachet filling and liquid filling machines
Production – Packing
- Operate blister packing machines (Uhlmann, Elmach, BQS)
- Handle bottle, bulk, and liquid packing operations
- Ensure proper packaging quality and compliance
Warehouse (RM/PM)
- Manage material receiving and dispensing using digital systems
- Work with SAP, eWMS, and WDS platforms
- Maintain documentation using eLog and eBMR systems
- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct analysis using HPLC, UV spectroscopy, and dissolution testing
- Perform microbial analysis and environmental monitoring
- Use LIMS and Empower software for data management
- Handle calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform IPQA activities for manufacturing and packing
- Conduct shop floor monitoring and audit trail reviews
- Review BMR and BPR documents
- Ensure line clearance and compliance with GMP standards
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Diploma / ITI (relevant technical fields)
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Science disciplines)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience
- Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Experience in formulation plants or regulated environments preferred
