As a Clinical Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality deliverables throughout the clinical data lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end clinical data management activities for assigned clinical studies
- Review, validate, and evaluate clinical trial data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Participate in client and internal project meetings as required
- Understand study protocols, data collection requirements, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement study-specific edit check criteria
- Define, execute, and review edit checks to identify data discrepancies
- Investigate, document, and resolve discrepant or inconsistent data
- Track outstanding data issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready study documentation
- Support study setup activities including database structure, technical file design, and specifications
- Coordinate receipt, processing, and reconciliation of electronic and ancillary data from external sources
- Ensure all clinical data management activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines
- Adhere to internal SOPs, departmental standards, and quality processes
- Assist in updating and improving SOPs when required
- Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain up-to-date technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training
