Job Overview
As a Site Activation Coordinator at IQVIA, you will play a key role in supporting clinical trial site start-up and regulatory activities. Working under the supervision of Site Activation Managers and Project Leads, you will ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and smooth project execution across multiple clinical sites. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in regulatory and start-up activities across multiple study sites.
- Prepare, review, and verify site regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Support the submission and tracking of ethics committee approvals and Informed Consent Forms (ICFs).
- Maintain and update project databases, trackers, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project management, regulatory, and site management.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs.
- Handle document distribution and archiving for audit readiness.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
- Acceptable qualifications include: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc (Life Sciences).
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in clinical research or healthcare documentation.
- Freshers passionate about regulatory affairs and clinical operations are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
