- Monitor raw material dispensing activities to ensure compliance with approved SOPs and cGMP requirements
- Perform daily IPQA activities as per defined frequencies and ensure timely closure of observations
- Conduct validation sampling activities in accordance with approved validation protocols
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Review Batch Packing Records (BPR) to ensure adherence to approved packing instructions
- Execute ERP-related IPQA transactions, preferably using SAP or equivalent systems
- Verify Batch Summary Records (BSR) as per SOP requirements
- Perform shipper inspections to ensure packaging and labeling compliance
- Manage issuance, review, reconciliation, and control of QA formats across departments
- Conduct routine IPQA rounds in manufacturing and packing areas
- Share IPQA observations with concerned Heads of Departments (HODs) and drive corrective actions
- Ensure cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed at all times
- Maintain continuous GMP compliance across all operational areas
- Perform sampling of In-Process materials, Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG) as per procedures
- Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections when required
