Key Responsibilities
For Production (USP – Fermentation & DSP – Purification):
- Operate and monitor upstream bioprocesses (USP) to optimize fermentation yields.
- Handle downstream purification processes (DSP) using advanced chromatography systems.
- Ensure process control and adherence to GMP and quality standards.
- Maintain process documentation and assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Support scale-up and technology transfer activities as required.

For Quality Control (Analytical QC):
- Conduct SDS-PAGE and HPLC analysis for protein characterization and product quality testing.
- Perform raw material sampling, release testing, and documentation in compliance with quality protocols.
- Evaluate and interpret analytical data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with QA teams to support inspection readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years for Production roles (USP & DSP operations).
- 4–5 years for Quality Control roles (HPLC, SDS-PAGE).
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing, analytical chemistry, and chromatography techniques.
- Familiarity with GMP practices and laboratory safety procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
