About the Role
Position: Assistant Manager – Audit & Compliance
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical professional with a passion for audit, compliance, and regulatory excellence?
Teyro Labs is looking for an Assistant Manager (Audit & Compliance) who can ensure that the manufacturing site continuously meets the standards of major global regulatory bodies such as USFDA, EMA, and ANVISA. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor site quality systems to ensure compliance with international regulations (USFDA, EMA, ANVISA, etc.).
- Prepare for and facilitate regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Draft and submit inspection responses, ensuring timely CAPA implementation and verification.
- Conduct gap assessments against regulatory observations and track CAPA closures.
- Maintain continuous inspection readiness across all manufacturing operations.
- Review internal policies and assess site compliance with corporate quality standards.
- Initiate quality improvement projects in line with evolving global regulatory guidelines.
- Provide strategic input on compliance initiatives and support cross-functional teams during audits.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, M.Tech, B.Tech, or BE in a relevant field.
- Experience: 8–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical audits and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of USFDA, EMA, and ANVISA regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability in gap analysis, audit preparation, and CAPA management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
