Ind-Swift Laboratories is hiring across multiple departments to strengthen its manufacturing and engineering operations. All roles require adherence to cGMP guidelines and quality systems.
Packing – Officer / Senior Officer
- Manage day-to-day packing operations in a regulated environment
- Operate and supervise packing equipment such as BQS and auto-cartonators
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements
- Maintain batch records and packing documentation
- Coordinate with QA and production teams to resolve quality-related issues

Packing – Operator / Senior Operator
- Execute primary and secondary packing activities as per SOPs
- Operate packing machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation standards
- Support smooth batch execution under supervision
Production – Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
- Supervise manufacturing activities including granulation, compression, and capsule filling
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and batch manufacturing procedures
- Monitor production operations and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations
