Key Responsibilities

- Processing samples received for various requested tests
- Performing basic and special laboratory tests as per defined protocols
- Evaluating analysis results and generating accurate test reports
- Dispatching reports to relevant stakeholders within defined timelines
- Ensuring samples received are appropriate for the requested tests
- Maintaining relevant quality records and documentation
- Verifying expiry dates of kits and reagents received in the laboratory
- Storing kits, reagents, and consumables at appropriate conditions
- Entering machine breakdown details and informing the Quality Manager
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and supporting routine maintenance
- Managing laboratory stock and ensuring availability of required materials
- Reporting daily activities and issues to the Quality Manager
