Available Roles & Responsibilities
1. Operator – Alu-Alu & Blister Packing Machine
- Operate and maintain Alu-Alu / Blister Packing Machines.
- Perform regular equipment checks and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Work with production teams to achieve daily manufacturing goals.
2. Production Planning & Material Control (PPMC) Officer
- Plan and schedule production activities for efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
3. Officer – IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing.
- Document deviations and ensure corrective measures.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance.
4. Officer – QA (Documentation)
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including SOPs and batch records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
5. Officer – QC (Quality Control)
- Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Analyze test results and prepare reports.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacopeial and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Operator (Alu-Alu & Blister): Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical with 2–4 years of experience in pharma packaging.
- PPMC Officer: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related degree with 2–4 years of production planning experience.
- IPQA/QA/QC Officers: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences) with 1–3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of GMP, pharma manufacturing, and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
