Job Responsibilities
- Set up and manage revenue contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Contract Management, Client Services, and Early Development to maintain smooth workflows.
- Assist in managing Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes as needed.
- Ensure accuracy in client billing and manage revenue processes effectively using Salesforce.com and Oracle Financials.
- Provide necessary support during audits and compliance checks, while contributing to employee training on revenue-related processes.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and data integrity in documentation and contract records.

Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Sc., or Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Healthcare.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, contract management, billing, or financial systems.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Oracle Financials.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Freshers: Applicants with strong analytical and digital skills may be considered for entry-level opportunities.
