Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical reviews of clinical trial data to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Data Managers, Trial Managers, Medical Specialists, and study teams for high-quality deliverables
- Identify, assess, and resolve medical inconsistencies and safety concerns with investigational sites and healthcare professionals
- Present medical review findings to Medical Specialists to support informed clinical decisions
- Document all medical reviews in the Trial Master File (TMF) and ensure continuous inspection readiness
- Perform quality control of medical review activities and outcomes
- Train and mentor new team members, including therapeutic area and process guidance
- Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and team quality initiatives
- Plan timelines, manage workloads, and allocate resources for medical review activities

Experience

Technical & Functional Skills

- Experience with risk-based monitoring methodologies
- Familiarity with clinical trial data systems and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and PowerPoint
