Key Responsibilities – Clinical Research Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials at the site level
- Support patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up activities
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate source documents, CRFs, and essential trial documentation
- Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, CRAs, and ethics committees
- Assist during site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and regulatory audits
- Manage study-related data and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support overall site operations to ensure smooth trial conduct

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences or related discipline
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site management
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance
- Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple study activities
