- Expertise in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), Sterile, or Liquid formulations
- Handling change control management for Master Production Records, Packaging Records, and Validation documents
- Working through QMS platforms such as TrackWise
- Preparation, review, and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality assurance processes
- Ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements
- Effective cross-functional communication and coordination
SAP Specialist – Additional Responsibilities
- Operational support for MES and DMS systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP PP, SAP DMS, POMSnet, and Content Server
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- System troubleshooting and process optimization
- Coordination with IT and manufacturing teams for SAP-related improvements
Manager – Additional Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of approximately 10 direct reports
