- Support raw material analytical testing and characterization for global qualification projects
- Provide timely analytical support across Cosmetic and OTC product development programs
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
2. Stability Testing for Qualification Projects
- Support analytical stability testing as part of qualification requirements
- Generate accurate stability data for regulatory and technical use
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal validation standards
3. Equipment Calibration and Maintenance
- Take responsibility for calibration, validation, and maintenance of in-house analytical equipment
- Ensure uninterrupted lab operations through preventive maintenance programs
4. External Partner and Vendor Collaboration
- Coordinate with external laboratories and analytical service providers
- Ensure outsourced activities meet Kenvue quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance oversight
5. Data Interpretation and Technical Decision-Making
- Participate actively in data analysis, interpretation, and conclusion drafting

- Participate in raw material-related investigations
- Support manufacturing sites during out-of-specification (OOS) investigations

- Qualification reports
- Stability reports
- Analytical method transfer documents
- Technical justifications
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory inspection expectations
Training and Performance Assessment
- Conduct training and performance evaluation of third-party analytical resources
- Maintain high quality standards across outsourced analytical operations
Process Improvement and Management Reporting
- Provide timely project updates to the reporting manager
