Position Overview – Senior Executive / Executive – FRD Non-Orals
The selected professional will be responsible for Formulation Research & Development of Non-Oral dosage forms, especially MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) products, including: Sun Pharma Hiring for Senior Executive FRD Non Orals RD

1. MDI Formulation Development & Execution
- Prepare and execute metered dose inhaler (MDI) formulation development experiments
- Evaluate formulation performance through laboratory optimization

2. Pre-Formulation, Prototype & Stability Studies
- Design and execute pre-formulation and prototype experiments
- Monitor formulation batches prepared for:
- Stability studies
- Analytical method development
- Analytical method validation
- Interpret stability data and assist in product optimization
3. Documentation for Import & Manufacturing License
- Prepare documents required for:
- Import of API and Innovator samples
- Manufacturing license for examination, testing, and analysis of drug products
- Coordinate with regulatory and licensing teams
4. Procurement of Materials & Innovator Samples
- Ensure timely procurement of:
- Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API)
- Excipients
- Packing materials

5. Innovator Pack Evaluation
- Evaluate innovator pack details
