- Media sterilization (batch & continuous), nutrient feed preparation
- Aseptic sampling, offline analysis coordination with QC
- Yield improvement and process optimization activities
- Cleaning validation, equipment qualification support
- Incident investigation and CAPA implementation
- Training junior staff on safe fermentation practices
