Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
Candidates applying for QA roles will be responsible for: Symed Labs Hiring for QA / QC / Production
- In-process quality assurance (IPQA) during API manufacturing
- Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packaging Record (BPR) review
- Preparation and control of documentation aligned with regulatory guidelines
- Coordination for process validation, equipment qualification, and cleaning validation
- Managing deviations, CAPA, change control, and QMS activities
- Supporting regulatory audits such as USFDA, MHRA, EDQM and customer inspections
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity practices
2. Quality Control (QC)

- Raw material, in-process, intermediates, finished product and stability sample analysis
- Operation and calibration of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and FTIR
- Preparation of analytical reports, COAs, SOPs, and validation documents

- Maintaining controlled environment procedures and GLP standards
- Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to pharmacopeial methods
3. Production (Automation Block)
Production roles include responsibilities in automated API manufacturing such as:
- Handling reactors, centrifuges, dryers, distillation units and filtration systems
- Monitoring automated process sequences ensuring safety and compliance
- Assistance in scale-up, technology transfer, and batch operations
- Understanding process safety, chemical handling, and cGMP requirements
- Achieving daily production targets while maintaining product quality
- Coordinating with QC, QA, engineering, and EHS departments
Skills and Qualifications Required
