About the Role
The Associate STEM Content Analyst will join the Biological Drugs team at Clarivate to support the Cortellis Drug Discovery Intelligence (CDDI) product. As an analyst, you will contribute to creating and maintaining a high-quality database that supports global pharmaceutical research and development efforts. Key Responsibilities
The Associate STEM Content Analyst will perform critical research and analytical functions, including:
1. Literature and Patent Analysis
- Conduct deep analysis of scientific publications, patents, conference abstracts, and clinical trial reports.
- Identify new or existing biological drug products and evaluate their novelty and experimental data.
- Summarize patent claims, mechanisms of action, and innovations in biological products.
2. Content Structuring and Indexing
- Index the analyzed data according to Clarivate’s Editorial Guidelines and quality standards.
- Structure drug information (including targets, product categories, and mechanisms of action) for inclusion in the CDDI database.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all indexed entries.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with global teams across India and Barcelona (Spain) to enhance data quality and share insights.
- Participate in discussions to identify and resolve subject matter or production issues.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
4. Research and Verification
- Perform comprehensive online searches to validate biological product data and ensure source accuracy.
- Verify experimental outcomes and cross-reference data with multiple databases and publications.
- Support new initiatives such as drug repositioning and novel biological product discovery.
5. Process Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Adhere to Clarivate’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal policies.
- Meet defined content analysis schedules and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards and ethical research practices.
6. Team Contribution
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide constructive feedback and ideas to enhance editorial efficiency and scientific accuracy.
- Work collaboratively to achieve overall team goals and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications

Education:
- M.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Sc in Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Immunology, or any Life Sciences-related discipline.
Experience:

Technical and Scientific Skills:
- Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes.
